OK Kevin, thanks for the clarification.  I haven't had that problem, yet, so I wanted to be clear about how you solved it.  Great piece of detective work on your part.

Too bad for the bother you had to go through, but thanks for sharing your solution, Kevin.  I'm sure it'll save time for anyone else who has a similar problem here.

I've been flying with VAFS for a number of months now and never had a failed upload of a flight.  Until this last one.  I have v4.0.1.26 and do not have the luxury of rolling back to a previous version.  I sat there worried that I would have to do that 45minute flight to earn my $8.80 again.  (Are these pay scales realistic?  Cheesy )

I went over to VAFS forum and took a peek in the Support section.  Lo and behold!  I, and others here, am not alone in that problem.  It turns out that the fix is very simple.  And it doesn't involve rolling back to a previous version.

You go to your VAFS folder (probably something like C:\Program Files\VAFINANCIALS ).  In there are two subfolders, SavedLogs and SavedXML.  In those two folders are all the flights you have done with VAFS.

Now, all you have to do is send an email to vafinancials(a)gmail.com with the flight from the SavedLogs and SavedXML attached and within a day or so your missing flight will be added.

edit:  I saw that Kevin Hardy GLE144 messaged Micheal at the above email address to remedy his logs too.  That's what I get for reading the thread backwards after I post.
