Why choose GLE Charters?  In this day and age of over booked aircraft, busy airports and new security regulations flying commercial aircraft can be daunting and time consuming.  Great Lakes Express has introduced GLE Charters to help solve some of those issues on the East Coast, the West Coast and the Bahamas.  GLE Charters offers our customers the ability to fly to and from their destinations in style and comfort in state of the art twin turboprop aircraft.  This service fills a huge gap left by the major airlines by connecting smaller community airports to one another as well as the larger mainstream airports.

An aircraft charter gives you the unique opportunity to fly without any restriction of time, depart when you have enough passengers to fill the plane.  You can fly out at 6:00 in the morning and fly that same flight later in the day at 23:00, again no restriction of time. 

The GLE Charter concept is very basic, you supply the aircraft and GLE Charters will supply the route and the passengers through our unique online booking system.  Passenger luggage, transportation to and from the airport, food and beverages and other on aircraft amenities are supplied through the GLE Charters service broker. 

GLE Charters operate from the FBO (fixed base operator) portion of the airport, typically in the general aviation area of the airport.  GLE Charters do not utilize the terminal area of the airport increasing the speed of turn around.  Our aircraft seat a maximum of 10 passengers

	What You Need To Know: Pilots supply aircraft within their own hangar, GLE Charters DOES NOT supply aircraft for the routes The aircraft must have the capacity to carry 6-10 passengers (Beech King Air, Beech Duke) Pilots must fly the flights per the schedule BUT you select the departure time! Pilots must not take their aircraft into the terminal area of the airport, use the FBO office if needed Aircraft must be flown regardless of passenger count, from 2 to 10 passengers Pilots must use VAFS for all flights. Aircraft leased may not be what you choose to fly, this is expected and is fine with GLE offices. FINALLY, pilots must enjoy their flight
